We ship from Amsterdam, the Netherlands with DHL, UPS or Post.nl

Standard delivery rates:

  • EU 10 €, free shipping on orders over 250 €
  • Worldwide 20 €, free shipping on orders over 300 €

Lead Times

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship.  Please note that certain pieces may have different lead times.  We carry both made to order and in stock items.  Made to order pieces ship within approximately 2 to 4 weeks of purchase.  In stock pieces ship within approximately 1-5 business days of purchase. While we aim to ship your order as soon as possible, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions.  If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@elinalans.com or on our instagram @studioelinalans

 

Returns

Items purchased through elinalans.com be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (excluding custom made-to-order pieces). 

To request a return or exchange,
please e-mail our customer care hello@elinalans.com including your order number and specify the item you wish to return. 
Once you receive confirmation from us, kindly send the package to the return address provided in the confirmation.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost. For the safety of your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your item(s).

 

Important information on returns

  • All items must be unworn in their original packaging, with packaging intact to be eligible for return.
  • Items returned or exchanged without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Our items go through a process of quality control checks. In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email hello@elinalans.com within 10 calendar days of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.  We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
  • Sale, discounted items, made to order items, engraved items and personalized items, Last chance items, and limited-edition items are final sale and ineligible for exchange or returns.
  • All custom made item’s sales are final.  If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@elinalans.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, our team will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable. All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU.
